I think the real Zooey would spell her name correctly, yes? Although… it could be spelt wrong on purpose so as not to get bombarded by people. She had a FB profile once but closed it (they were the days… when I had messages from her :) )

These rich ginger biscuits I just made are...
225g self raising flour (or use plain flour + baking powder)
100g butter or margarine
100g caster sugar (preferably unrefined if you have it)
1 medium egg
3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
Sift and mix the flour, ginger and cinnamon.
Mix in the sugar.
Add the butter and rub in until it resembles breadcrumbs.
