Not been feeling quite myself lately. I’ve also not been eating much, because… half tiredness, half laziness and half lack of appetite. Yes, three halves. Quite something. Maybe my body’s telling me to eat less on purpose, I often eat what and when my body decides. So probably healthier for me. Which is supposed to improve the feel-good factor (?).
